Ombudsman asked to take action after Albo radio interview

Radio host Stewart Brash at ABC Alice Spring Breakfast on February 7 suggested in an interview with the PM he was 'on the nose' with voters and his popularity was slipping. The robust interview led to the complaints from members of the public claiming bias and lack of impartiality.
The ABC Ombudsman’s report on the Brash/Albanese interview reveals 21 complaints were made over the interview with Mr Albanese.
“The complainants were concerned that the interview lacked impartiality because the interviewer asked questions that demonstrated a pro-Coalition bias and repeatedly interrupted the Prime Minister,” the report said.
