Cable TV industry pushes for urgent rollout of Broadcasting Bill

Industry stakeholders are urging the Ministry to expedite the bill’s rollout, citing unresolved issues such as rising channel prices, forced bundling, regulatory gaps between linear and OTT platforms, and the unchecked growth of FAST channels.
